Where We Ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7–15 business days. Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and product selection.

Free Shipping: The Clean Carry Duo always ships free. Orders of $60 or more also qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package's journey at any time.

Shipping Delays: Delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors such as weather or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
